Mr. Papke specializes in empirical studies and econometric analyses using large data bases and computer models in both government and private litigation settings. He has extensive experience developing data for electric utility price and market share models. In addition, Mr. Papke has completed numerous analyses utilizing company sales and transactions databases. He has prepared data for several private class action cases. He also has performed detailed critiques of opposing experts econometric analyses. His areas of experience include financial securities, energy, telecommunications, health care, and utilities.

Prior to joining Economists Incorporated, Mr. Papke held the position of Economist at Lexecon Inc., where he did similar work as an Economic Consultant. He also has previous experience managing an energy forecasting model as a Senior Research Economist at DRI/McGraw-Hill.
