Ms. Malowane has extensive experience in analyzing compensatory and punitive damages in commercial and personal litigation. She has submitted expert reports and testified on damages stemming from breach of contract, personal injury, wrongful death, defamation, discrimination and loss of employment opportunity. Ms. Malowane also has extensive experience on such antitrust matters as mergers, monopolization, price discrimination and tying. Her work has involved a wide variety of industries including physician and hospital services, pharmaceutical drugs, apparel, mail order and on-line catalogs, snack foods and e-commerce. Ms. Malowane has worked on behalf of Fortune 500 corporations, regional companies and senior executives. She has provided expert testimony at deposition and trial, and at the World Trade Center Victim’s Compensation Fund Hearings.

Prior to her work as a consultant, Ms. Malowane was a lecturer at Princeton University in microeconomics, statistics and finance. She has also provided economic analysis for the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario.
