Mr. Greenhalgh previously served as Assistant Director of the Economic Policy Office of the U.S.
Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division. He has also been a senior economist at the Department of Justice and
the Federal Communications Commission. Mr. Greenhalgh has specialized expertise in the oil field services,
communications, sports, and pharmaceutical industries. He has considerable experience analyzing damages issues
and has testified numerous times at trials with respect to damages claims. Mr. Greenhalgh also has provided expert
testimony on class certification issues. He has supervised the economic analyses on a number of major antitrust cases,
including providing the interface between legal staffs and testifying academic experts. In addition, Mr. Greenhalgh
has provided the competitive analysis on a large number of mergers and acquisitions, producing written and oral
presentations before the antitrust agencies.
