Mr. Sun’s consulting experience is primarily empirical analysis of microeconomic issues. He has worked on evaluating simulation models for merger
review, conducting statistical analysis for business decision-making, estimating econometric models for price fixing cases, and quantifying consumer benefits
in regulatory settings. His industry experience includes electric generation and transmission, natural gas pipelines and storage, oil refinery, chemicals,
crop seeds, restaurants, casinos, test preparation, credit cards, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, groceries, consumer products, tobacco, scrap metal and high-speed
Internet access.
While at University of Michigan, Mr. Sun taught economics at both the undergraduate level and the MBA level. As a research assistant, he conducted
econometric analysis using the Health and Retirement Study database and panel data on franchising firms.
Mr. Sun has a special interest in China and has written and spoken on China’s antitrust development.. |
