Senior Economists Manny Macatangay and Laura Malowane new Vice Presidents.

Laura Malowane from EI’s D.C. office and Manny Macatangay from EI’s San Francisco Office have each been promoted to the position of Vice President. Dr. Malowane joined EI in 1998 and her practice has concentrated on analyzing compensatory and punitive damages in commercial and personal litigation. Since joining EI in 2003, Dr. Macatangay has focused his practice on the analysis of competition and regulation in energy markets and related sectors.
